Production & Editing Specialist
Reports To: VP of Client Operations
Ultimate Owner: CEO (Joshua Stanley)
Not the place for you if…
You need a strict 9-to-5. We pay for every minute, but clock-punching cubicles aren’t our thing.
You’re missing the spark. Apathy kills creativity; passion fuels everything we ship.
People work wears you out. Clients, contractors, teammates, humans are 100 % of the job.
Deadlines feel optional. A small agency lives or dies by on-time hand-offs.
You ghost instead of talk. Clear, frequent communication is our operating system.
This is the place for you if …
You love owning the shop. Our founder’s an entrepreneur, and every role runs like a micro-business—you make the calls and stand by the results.
You refuse to ship “good-enough.” Excellence is the floor, not the ceiling—you own every project like it’s your business.
You see life behind every story. Your camera looks past the script to the real people living it day-to-day.
You chase the stretch. Pushing skills, perspectives, and the status quo is your favorite workout.
